All orders under 22kg are sent via Australia Post
All orders will be automatically set as signature required on delivery. If you do not want this and would like to make it authority to leave, please specify in your check out comments.
Priority & Express Post Option
If you choose this option your order will go to the top of the packing pile list and be sent out the same day if purchased before 10am or next day if purchased after. This excludes acrylic cut to order products. If you purchase acrylic cut to order items and express shipping, we will do our best to cut them as soon as possible and send them express but we cannot guarantee same day for orders before 10am.
When will you send my order?
Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days but may take a little longer if around peak holiday times.
How much is postage?
The weight of your parcel is calculated at check out and uses a weight based tiered postage system.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from our showroom. Please select "PICKUP" under the delivery method section when checking out. You will be emailed when your order is ready for collection. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK FOLDER IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITHIN 48HOURS.

RETURNS
What is your return policy?
Damaged/Faulty Items
Any item found to be defective will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Contact Happy Craft Supplies within: 5 days of delivery (based on Australia Post delivery date).
Change of mind
If your item has left our facility (via postage or picked up) we will not provide a refund or exchange for these items.
If your items have not left our facility (awaiting pick up or have been packaged and waiting to be labeled for post) there will be a 10% restocking fee.
If you do change your mind, it is best to call us on 0422 578 858 as soon as possible to ensure your items are not packed.
Glitter Cardstock Colors
We have a large range of colours to choose from and we've tried our best to show these colours as true as possible. In some cases we've shared an additional image showing a comparative mix of similar colours to assist.
Glitter cardstock is very reflective and different lighting will impact the appearance slightly. This video should help demonstrate how vibrant and reflective the cardstock is.
